Summary of the most outstanding activities, with events that take place on Instagram of renowned chefs and experts in other fields with an impact on oil production and consumption, entitled "Oil sips of the PDO Siurana" , and where we will also insert video-recipes of the restorers of the Camp, as support and to make visible to the restoration of proximity in these moments.
On Monday, December 19, 2019, the awards of the "Center de Desenvolupament de l'Oli" (CDO) 2019, managed by the Tarragona Provincial Council and the Reus City Council, were presented. Annual awards have been awarded to the best extra virgin olive oils from this year's harvest from the protected designations of origin (PDO) Baix Ebre-Montsià, Siurana or Terra Alta.
On Monday, 5 June, the “Llum i Sabor” (light and flavour) event was held in the modernist Pavelló dels Distingits at Institut Pere Mata in Reus. This recognises restaurateurs who use DOP Siurana extra virgin olive oil in their establishments.
